BY BIDDING ON MY AUCTION, YOU AGREE THAT: ~
You have read and understand the advertisement in full.
Bids will not be rejected or
sales cancelled due to buyer's remorse.
Winning bid amounts, and
postage/delivery fees are not negotiable.
Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction closing
(unless prior arrangement is made).
Refunds will not be granted for
any loss or damage to items during shipping – unless you assist in the
matter in accordance with the postage/delivery policy.
Whilst all care is taken when describing my items, I am only human and
do sometimes make mistakes. Therefore, I offer a refund policy.
Postage/delivery policy, FAQ, and
refund policy, make up part of these terms and conditions.
In
the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the transaction in any way,
you will contact me so that any problems can be resolved to your
satisfaction, prior to leaving a rating.
Rude, abusive or inane
questions/comments are in violation of OZtion policies, and will be
immediately forwarded to their administration department. Notification
will also be given to the offender’s ISP.
Any PayPal or Paymate payment being refunded
will incur a $2.50 administration fee, which will be deducted from the
refund amount. Reasons for refunding a PayPal or Paymate payment include (but are
not limited to):
Failure to pay the correct
invoice amount, including correct postage charges.
Using PayPal or Paymate to make a payment
for an item on which PayPal or Paymate is not accepted.
No responsibility will be taken
for your inability to maintain up to date address records with PayPal,
OZtion or Paymate. Any item returned to me because of this reason will
be shipped again upon receipt of payment for postage/delivery fee.
Failure to pay outstanding amounts within 7 days will result in the item
being returned to stock, and forfeiture of any amounts already paid.
When applicable, failure to
comply with these terms and conditions will result in an unpaid
item report being instigated, and the item will be re-listed.
Once the sale fee refund has been credited, I will leave an
unsatisfied rating outlining your actions - no exceptions.
Retaliatory or unwarranted
“unsatisfied” ratings will result in details of the entire transaction
(including your OZtion username, email address, and any communications)
being displayed in the public domain including (but not limited to)
within a section of this website. Non-paying bidders/buyers agree to
having their details published in a similar fashion.
If you do not agree with, or
fully understand any of the above, please do not bid/buy.
