All items I sell are delivered to your address on file with PayPal, OZtion or Paymate.  I do not allow pick ups.  This is NOT negotiable.

I use Australia Post prepaid parcel satchels whenever practical for many of my items within Australia.

If an item is too small for a satchel (such as small books, vouchers, etc), it will be posted as a letter ($0.55) or large letter ($1.10 - $2.75) depending on size and weight.  All such items have no packaging or wrapping, and are simply placed directly inside the envelope, unless packaging is specifically requested (additional charges apply).  Free postage items do not include packaging.

 If the item is too large, or heavy for a satchel, I use the Ozish Postage Calculator within the auction listing. The quoted delivery charges have the handling fee included.

 Unless otherwise stated, all items (except letters) are either wrapped for protection, or packaged in such a way as to prevent damage.  For packaging materials/handling, on top of the stamp price I add up to $0.70 for letters (when packaging is required) and satchels, up to $2.00 for conventional parcels (ie box, PostPac etc), and $3.00 for non conventional parcels (ie cylinders, odd shape etc).

 For larger items, I use pre-used boxes if I have them whenever possible (at no charge).  The cost of new boxes if required will be added to packaging materials/handling (usually between $2.00 and $5.00 - depending on size), and will be included in the quoted delivery price.

Compensation coverage is available to the value of $100 for $2.80.  As this is a small price to pay for peace of mind, all items over $50 in value will have this amount included in the delivery quote.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, you will be required to supply me with a Statutory Declaration stating that the item was NOT received by you.  This supporting evidence is essential when lodging a claim with Australia Post for a missing article.

I gladly combine postage to reduce your costs (unless otherwise stated).  For example, I once made a sale with a total delivery amount of $85.00 if sent individually.  When the items were packaged together, the total delivery charges came to $11.70.  That’s a total saving on postage of $73.30.

Refunds will not be granted for any loss or damage to items during shipping, unless you assist in the compensation process.  This includes (but is not limited to) providing information/documents upon request. 

 No responsibility will be taken for your inability to maintain up to date address records with PayPal, OZtion or Paymate.  Any item returned to me because of this reason will incur an additional postage/delivery fee equivalent to the original charge before the item is shipped again (payable within 7 days).

I do not make any profit from postage, therefore quoted delivery fees are very reasonable, exact, and not negotiable.

All postage charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  This includes any amounts deemed to be outstanding by Australia Post (for example: 500g satchel weighs 503g, or insufficient postage stamps on parcel/letter).
